May is National Mental Health awareness month, so this months Newsletter focuses on self
esteem during recovery! While low self esteem is not technically considered a mental illness,
it has been linked to different severities of mental health issues, especially in regards to addiction recovery. We wanted to have a segment with a few helpful exercises that those in recovery can
do to uplift feelings of self worth, and we also included a few highly recommended recovery
specific podcasts with a short description on each one for readers choice. The spotlight this
month is once again NeuroMeditation, but this time the emphasis is on Mindfulness style and it’s
